Join us for a class led by Shaykh Rizwan Arastu on the practice of ritual slaughter and processing of chickens at his farm in Elgin, IL. The class is open to both men and women.

Bring a good knife, a cooler or plastic tote. Wear rough clothes and short sleeves if you are a man. Galoshes or boots are good.
