Nosheen Hayat is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who helps women with PCOS or hypothyroidism get in control of their hormonal imbalances with food and lifestyle changes. Her approach uses a Health At Every Size model to support individuals across the weight spectrum improve their health.
