Join us on Saturday, April 10th at 7:30 pm for a presentation by Nosheen Hayat (MPH, RDN) on developing habits that contribute to sustained physical health throughout the year.

After her presentation we will shift into a conversation with her and open the floor for you to ask questions.

Nosheen’s presentation will:

  • briefly analyze the approaches and goals of mainstream diet plans

  • offer a holistic approach to sustained physical well-being

  • analyze how our Ramadan habits affect our physical health

  • offer a diet and health approach for making our fasts most effective

  • offer tips for post-Ramadan health


Nosheen Hayat is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who helps women with PCOS or hypothyroidism get in control of their hormonal imbalances with food and lifestyle changes. Her approach uses a Health At Every Size model to support individuals across the weight spectrum improve their health.
