Ramadan Gatherings - Islam as a Way of Seeing VI

RSVP | Sponsor

Tonight at Sacred Roots we will hold prayer and a light iftar dinner that will be easy to grab and go.

Instead of holding our normal lecture, we are encouraging everyone to drive to the Northwest Suburbs to Baitul Ilm at 485 South Bartlett Road, Streamwood, IL 60107 for a Chicago-wide gathering (majlis).

If you are coming from the Chicagoland suburbs, consider going directly to Baitul Ilm for prayer and iftar – we will meet you there afterward.

For those who do not drive, we are identifying people with space in their cars to try to help set up carpool options.

For people in the city who drive, please consider offering your car to those who don’t have transportation to the suburbs. Our team will try to match people with carpool seats during dinner.

• 5:30 – Doors Open
• 5:58 – Prayer
6:15 – Dinner (sandwiches)
• 6:45 – Drive To Baitul Ilm / Closing of SR
• 8:00 – Baitul Ilm Majlis

Please let your friends and family members know and plan accordingly.
