We invite you to join us on Friday, April 2nd as we celebrate the 1st anniversary of Sacred Roots’ official launch with our first Community Town Hall.

The Sacred Roots Team will briefly gloss what we’ve accomplished over the past year and talk through our future plans.

But the night belongs to our community: we want hear what you’d like to see Sacred Roots do over the short and long-term.

Our team will also present several topics for us to collectively brainstorm, including questions on the following:

1) For the local Chicago community: what do you hope to see in regard to our physical location and in-person programming in the future?

2) For the virtual national community: how often do you realistically expect to be involved in our virtual programming once your local spaces open up post-pandemic? And how can we most effectively engage and serve you post-pandemic?

3) Do you have ideas for future programming?

4) Do you have ideas for future content and resources?

5) How do you assess SR's mix of programming in terms of the balance of discussion-based programming and lecture-based or one-way programming?

6) What opportunities do you see for yourself to contribute to the growth of Sacred Roots?

7) Do you have any outside-of-the-box ideas that can contribute to communal growth?
